3. Speed: the speed of the speed determines the raw materials in the mold runner and finished products in the situation, fast edge, saturation, scorching, slow emergence of short shot, shrinkage, poor bonding easy to break.

4. temperature: raw materials are different, the temperature is different, the color of the solution is too low, and the internal stress of the finished product increases. Because the temperature is too low and the pressure is too high, the screw may break, too high, the product has a rough edge, and because of the cooling temperature difference, causing shrinkage.

5. Back pressure; the resistance of the screw when it is rotating is called back pressure. Its function is to make the raw material more compact in transportation and compression. It can make the air and water of the raw material discharged from the back of the screw. So that the gas in the sol does not affect the surface of the finished product. Low bubbles, surface crazes, high overheating, agglomeration, glue overflow, long cycle, screw does not retreat. At the same time, the application of loosening is very important: low back pressure, some raw materials to loosen, some do not need. When the back pressure is high, it is necessary to use loosening and pay attention to the distance or not to interfere with air and glue.

6. Die temperature and cooling time, affect the finished product sticky mold, shrinkage, dimensional tolerance, surface brightness, cycle, etc., should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
